Camp 2025 Important Info!
Line up to get in to our camper showcase at The Broadway Theatre, 2024.
Due to the high volume of applicants, a wait list will not be opened for 2025.
Camp applications were accepted March 1-10, 2025
All 73 applicants were emailed on March 18th to be informed if their youth would be attending camp or placed on a waitlist. If you applied and did not receive an email (including in your junk/spam folder), please reach out to registration@girlsrocksaskatoon.ca
Registration dates
Youth accepted to camp are expected to have a registration form completed by March 31st, 2025. This was included in the acceptance email and is more detailed than the application form.
Financial dates
April 15th - Payment in full is due by this day unless you are applying for Creative Kids, will be using a payment plan, or need GRS funding. Fees for camp are $400.00.
If you cancel on or before May 16, 2025, you will receive a refund of $350. (Girls Rock Camp will keep $50 as an administrative fee.)
If you cancel between May 17 and July 31st, 2025, you will receive a refund of $300. (Girls Rock Camp will keep $100 as an administrative fee.)
If you cancel on or after August 1st, you will receive no refund.
Showcase
The week culminates with our showcase on Saturday, August 16th being held at the Broadway Theatre (715 Broadway Ave). Your camper will perform an original song onstage with their newly formed band! Campers will be required to be at the theatre from approximately 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm (more details closer to camp).
Waitlist
All campers who did not make it on our list for attending camp have been placed on a waitlist, for consideration should a spot become available. This would be done with us contacting you by email any time between March 18th and the start of camp. Youth who are waitlisted in 2025 will be given priority consideration if they apply for camp in 2026. Please make sure to add our email, registration@girlsrocksaskatoon.ca to your contact list!
